Peggy Bleiberg, a North Carolina Real Estate Broker, joined Crescent Communities Realty at SailView in 2004. She worked as a sales agent for Niblock Development Corp. in Concord, N.C., prior to joining Crescent. Bleiberg has also served as sales manager at Toll Brothers, Inc. in Charlotte, and she specialized in on-site home sales for Fortis Homes® from 1986 to 1996.
Like Bleiberg, Jim Lamb, also a North Carolina Real Estate Broker, joined SailView from Niblock Development Corp. He also served as a sales agent at Prudential Carolinas Realty in Charlotte, and he was the broker-in-charge for WKB Development. In addition, Lamb served in the Army Reserves for six years.
